It would be better in my opinion to have a certificate for the works done. The abundant photos of the work may be enough for Building Control to issue the necessary paperwork. WebRegularisation is only an option if the unauthorised works were carried out after 11 November 1985. The submission of a Regularisation application followed by adequate inspection to show compliance with the Building Regulations will enable the issue of a regularisation certificate.
