Even a truck like a Ford Superduty requires firewall mods to accept the 6cyl Cummins. I talked to a guy that did a 4bt swap for about 1500. Bought a delivery truck for 3000 with the engine, took the disc breaks and the engine. Scrapped it for about 1500 (all aluminum body) and did all the work in his driveway. He is a ridiculously smart and comes from a family of mechanics so he did all the work himself.
