Form into a ball and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the plastic wrap and coat in remaining dried beef and green onions. WebMix all ingredients together, reserving a couple ounces of the beef. Shape into a ball and roll into reserved beef. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve.
